As the sun sets later, the air grows warmer and opening day looms large, Quicksilver steps onto the field for its 40th season.

Year after year, our team members have come to the ballpark ready to take their positions and deliver for our clients. An idea bounced to the short stop is fielded cleanly, tossed to second for one and over to first for two great approaches to the client’s creative challenge. A fly ball driven deep to center finds our outfielder hustling and stretching to make the catch and end any anxiety the client might have had about our ability meet their deadline.

In the bottom of the inning, every member of the team goes to bat for the client—collecting their input, keeping them informed, challenging them to demand more, and stretching a routine single into a heart-pounding extra-base hit. We keep our eye on the ball and we swing for the fences.

On the Quicksilver team, who’s the MVP? If you ask 22 clients, you’ll get 22 answers and they will all be right. Because on any given day it is the producer with the big idea and the “stop-the-presses-we-have-one-more-change” traffic manager…it is the art and animation collaboration and the sourcing of a render farm to make sure it is ready in the morning…it’s troubleshooting the code on a client’s existing site and talking them through adding their own content…it’s the thrill of the new business opportunity and the exhilaration of continuing to build with clients we have supported for most of our 40 seasons.

When needed, we are all utility infielders and pinch-hitters. No project is too large, no role too small. We are a team. We are Quicksilver Associates, and for 40 years we have been “Covering all the bases.”
